Guess what folks, this time the last Gaku Update of the year happens to fall exactly on Christmas Day! So it’s a great chance to wish a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all our readers. Even if you don’t celebrate Christmas, we hope you have and excellent time in this year’s end. And of course, thank you all for for following us all this year (or for whatever long you have been following us). Here’s our best wishes to you.

And about the update proper, well, it’s not that big (it’s still holidays season, after all), but we still have four of them for you, including some from famous groups such as Millet Soup and Personal Color. So, just check below for them!

Not many new releases today, unfortunately. Probably consequence of translators and editors being busy with the pre-holiday season. But we assure there are more stuff on the works, so look forward to more stuff in for the Christmas Day update. Meanwhile, you can still enjoy our two new releases, a gorgeously and cleverly colored Yukari x Reimu by Rireba, and a short Sakuya story by always popular Stripe Pattern. So, today’s update is all about cats and dogs (with rats and foxes and crows thrown in for good measure), or the characters associated with them. Or even ones that usually aren’t, in some cases. But the best thing is that not only there are eight of them, there’s a lot of fan-favorite circles that hadn’t been on the updates for some time, like ANGELTYPE, happy flame time and canaria mint (Japanese doujin circles don’t seem to quite grasp English capitalization rules). So, go ahead and enjoy all this animal similitude goodness!

Today’s update is a little on the short side, well, at least compared with the latest ones. But still we have four releases this time, including a new Miko Miko Suika. And you’ll notice that except for this one – which is all you would expect a Miko Miko Suika book to be – all of today’s releases have kind of unusual (and rather amusing) premises. So, go check them out and see what I’m talking about!

Yes, it’s All Hallows Eve today, and to celebrate it we have a spooooky update for you today.

…okay, not really. I mean, it’s not our fault, it’s just that most of the releases this time are kinda on the cute and upbeat side, more than usual even. OK, so today’s update is kind of short (and kinda late orz). Unfortunately, many releases were in the final check phase and didn’t make it in time. But even so we still have yet another Miko Miko Suika (and there’s still more to come!) as well as two more stories from the Yuuka Kazami’s Sunflower field anthology, which we are close to completing, in fact. So I hope you can still enjoy them.

Today’s has largely two themes, one is the return of Haniwa’s famous Miko Miko Suika series, with two releases of oni miko goodness (no, not that kind of oni miko). And the other theme is again the SDM (vampires are popular nowadays, right?), with stories involving pretty much everyone of their residents. It’s been just about a week since Ten Desires was releases, so understandably there hasn’t been any TD-themed doujinshi released yet (unlike fanart). That doesn’t stop us from doing our own Ten Desires release. Because you desire releases, right? And there’s ten of them, get it?

…okay, that doesn’t sound so smart as when I first thought of it. But still, ten releases. Including new chapters of Wild and Horned Hermit, Nature Deity and the next part of Gensou Liar Game. So I guess the releases themselves can more than make up from any lame pun.
