Seems like activity is picking up again after the holidays ‘slump’, because we have 6 new releases for you today. And from a lot of famous and fan-favorite circles, on top of that! There’s one more Miko Miko Suika from Haniwa, plus a gritty Wriggle doujin by Fusuma and a contemplative piece by Personal Color. Plus, there’s our first full-length release by amazing artist Kemonomichi and plus two doujins with some very particular sense of humour by Bear’s Walking Path and Seventh Warehouse (aka Yamato Nadeshiko). And here we are, back with you for another year of Touhou-ness. And since there has been no lack of doomsayers saying this year will end with a bang, we decided we’d rather start it with a bang instead! So here you have five releases, most of which can only be described as exciting and saucy. So, yeah, hope you weren’t looking for anything too relaxing or modest, ’cause these doujins are more like the opposite of that! (But we will have more of the other kind later on, I assure you.)

Guess what folks, this time the last Gaku Update of the year happens to fall exactly on Christmas Day! So it’s a great chance to wish a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all our readers. Even if you don’t celebrate Christmas, we hope you have and excellent time in this year’s end. Not many new releases today, unfortunately. Probably consequence of translators and editors being busy with the pre-holiday season. But we assure there are more stuff on the works, so look forward to more stuff in for the Christmas Day update. Meanwhile, you can still enjoy our two new releases, a gorgeously and cleverly colored Yukari x Reimu by Rireba, and a short Sakuya story by always popular Stripe Pattern. So, today’s update is all about cats and dogs (with rats and foxes and crows thrown in for good measure), or the characters associated with them. Or even ones that usually aren’t, in some cases. But the best thing is that not only there are eight of them, there’s a lot of fan-favorite circles that hadn’t been on the updates for some time, like ANGELTYPE, happy flame time and canaria mint (Japanese doujin circles don’t seem to quite grasp English capitalization rules). So, go ahead and enjoy all this animal similitude goodness!

Today’s update is a little on the short side, well, at least compared with the latest ones. But still we have four releases this time, including a new Miko Miko Suika. And you’ll notice that except for this one – which is all you would expect a Miko Miko Suika book to be – all of today’s releases have kind of unusual (and rather amusing) premises. OK, so today’s update is kind of short (and kinda late orz). Unfortunately, many releases were in the final check phase and didn’t make it in time. But even so we still have yet another Miko Miko Suika (and there’s still more to come!) as well as two more stories from the Yuuka Kazami’s Sunflower field anthology, which we are close to completing, in fact. So I hope you can still enjoy them.

New update, and eight new releases for you. And it turns out this time most of them happen to be centered around the inhabitants of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. So if you are a fan of the vampire household crew, this is your lucky day.
