Looks like it had issues patching the executable file. Make sure that you have the original th12.exe. The only patch applied is a change of the icon and to read from th12c.dat instead of th12.dat though, so if you can’t get the EXE changed back for whatever reason, just rename th12c.dat to th12.dat. You’ll want to make a backup of the original th12.dat though, for any future patches and such.

…that’s probably this exact patch. >_> This release was meant to be primarily for Japanese use, since it doesn’t modify the game files in any other way (as the English patch will when it comes out), and given that we had it out approximately a day and a half after the game was released I doubt anyone else would bother to duplicate the effort. (It’s not impossible, certainly, but I’d find it unlikely.)

It’s also a good test for our patching tools – not that we’re really too concerned about them having any trouble, but if there are problems they may crop up here first.

Though I think the Japanese have already considered a colorblindness patch as seen in 0:57 of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u02schrK_aM. At the lower-left corner, one of the UFOs is yellow.
