Is something wrong with the “False Nipponia in the Miso Soup” zip file? It gives me an error wile opening it.
I think my ftp transfer crapped out in the middle which made the partial zip. (I wonder why no one mentioned the problem in the project thread.) Try it again and see if the reupload worked.
Also, page 8 of Title Unknown has been updated with a line fix.

Tsk tsk. Where are you guys whenever these are done in the project board? =P I’ll tell Sola and Arsen about it.
You’re right, Alnilam is the excepted spelling, don’t know how I got my wires crossed there. As for the ending tagline, the original text was 醸モナマイハウス. furball explained that カモナマイハウス was a not-too-uncommon invitation (because apparently Come On-a My House is popular in some circles in Japan). 醸す＜かもす＞ is a term for brewing sake. You see, ZUN like using at least two lines per chapter which are nearly untranslatable puns. I didn’t understand this one until furball explained it to me, so I never actually put a translation for it … I haven’t thought about it since then, but I don’t have any good suggestions for that last translation that preserve the pun. (The corresponding line in SSiB10 will only work as well as it will because armpit material is equally popular on both sides of the ocean.)
Ah, thanks for the explanation! Never heard of that song before. (But shouldn’t ZUN have written it as “醸ナマイハウス”? That is, doesn’t 醸 include the “mo”?)
Maybe worth putting “on-a” on a single line, so readers are a little more likely to recognize it as an elided form of “on to”? And/or better yet, just squeeze your above explanation in somewhere, if that’s not too much trouble.
Wait, you said “at least two” untranslatable puns per chapter. What’s the other one(s?) in Chapter 9?
